Eternal Riders held their annual Blessing of the Bikes on Saturday April 21, 2012. Eternal Rider Members had the opportunity to pray over forty three Bikes and their riders. The real blessings for the day were received by ER members. First: an 80% chance of rain held off all morning. Second: Our on ER Brother John Slater was able to mount a scooter and join his brothers on a ride Saturday morning. Third: ER Members spent the afternoon along with two other Bike Clubs and friends helping in a Benefit ride, lunch, and live music for Hailee Jo Day a six month on baby still in the Hospital with SMA.
Thanks to Bob Bradley for changing his Saturday morning plans to help ER John Slater, and also David Burke took a short ride with the Eternal Riders. David suffered a severe head injury in a motorcycle accident, He hasn't been on a bike in over 5 years.
